Pour House Tasting Room features hand-picked wines from Nebraska wineries, micro-brews and products from these other Nebraska businesses we're proud to call our friends:
Prairie Creek Vineyard is a family run winery built on the Great Plains soils of Central Nebraska. Starting with hand picked grapes to ensure fruit quality, our wines are produced in small quantities using traditional techniques. Our goal is to produce interesting wines which express the character, complexity and intensity of each grape variety.
Tucked into the rolling hills of northern Cedar County, Nebraska, Nissen Wine is a family-owned and family-operated winery, with grapes planted in 12 acres of the 400-acre farm. The Nissen family selected vines to complement the calcium-rich rocky soils, climate and terroir of this region. Quality wines are a result of making the right decisions throughout the year and providing gentle assistance to allow the plant to perform at its peak. Nissen Wine employs hand-harvesting methods to guarantee that the highest-quality fruit possible reaches the winery.

Schilling Bridge's brew house is one of the nation’s FIRST farm winery / microbrewery. At SchillingBridge, we roll the highest quality domestic and imported malted barley and other cereal grains, mix them with Pawnee County’s own pure water, and add some of the world’s finest hops. The result is an exceptional flavor profile that makes up the macro tastes of our signature micro brews.
It began with a dream that we could brew full-flavored beer in the great state of Nebraska. In late 1990 that dream became our state’s first brewpub, Lazlo’s Brewery & Grill. Since then demand for our beer has grown, so we expanded our pub and Empyrean Brewing Company was born. Today we still dream big even while we hand craft our beers in small flavor–filled batches. So enjoy an Empyrean beer, the taste of dreams come true.
Lucky Bucket Brewing Company is Nebraska's newest craft brewery, growing almost as fast as we can brew it. Our first release, Pre-Prohibition style Lager, is getting some welcomed praise for representing the true character of beer, reminiscent of a time when beer actually had flavor. Keep an eye out for our latest releases including a very floral and flavorful American IPA and our first barrel-aged release, Certified Evil.
